The operations are organized in care units where staff can work in round-the-clock care, outpatient care, day care, mobile teams, and follow the patient throughout the care chain. The documentation unit is a unit within specialist psychiatry for children, youth, and adults and works to provide administrative service to our patients and employees in Växjö and Ljungby.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a medical secretary with a staffing planner function based in Växjö. You will work closely with the medical chief regarding issues related to physician staffing and scheduling. It is important that you are engaged and interested in working in a varied job with high availability and a strong service orientation. The work also involves secretarial tasks such as journal documentation, 1177, TeleQ, and referral management.

Collaboration is an important part of our daily work as we work in teams. There is a focus on both outpatient care and round-the-clock care, and we work together with many professional categories such as doctors, psychologists, nurses, and occupational therapists.

There is continuous extensive digitalization within Region Kronoberg where you, as a medical secretary, have an important role in various forums. Therefore, it is an advantage if you are interested in digital solutions and process management.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary or equivalent.

You thrive in a varied work environment, are flexible, and are committed to developing our work. We see that you are meticulous and can organize and prioritize your work effectively. It is also important that you have a good attitude, are service-oriented, and find it easy to collaborate. Previous experience with the journal system Cosmic and scheduling is an advantage.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
